first I did a plastic wrap one my photo then I did some things in custom stuff I then sharpened my edges then I texturized it and Dust & scratches I cutout those were all filters by the way then the magic wand for the final tuch I did a gadssian blur and deselect

Good work Trevor. I like the fact that you pushed yourself and explored some of the options in Photoshop.
i like this picture alot. the filter is awesome and it ended up great.
